How much does a TeamSpeak 3 server cost?
One slot costs €0.25* per month. For 10 to 39 slots, quarterly prepayment is required: 10 slots cost €7.50* and 32 slots cost €24.00* for 3 months. Monthly payment is available from 40 slots, for example €10.00* per month for 40 slots.
What is the minimum number of slots?
The configuration starts at 10 slots. You can select up to 250 slots in increments of two. The calculator shows the corresponding monthly price immediately.
When is my TS3 server provisioned?
Provisioning starts automatically after your order is complete. As soon as the server has been created, its connection details are available in the customer portal.
Can I create my own groups and permissions?
Yes. You manage server groups, channel groups and individual permissions in the TeamSpeak 3 client. Activate the initial admin access with the supplied privilege key.
Can I change the codec and audio quality?
Yes. In channels where you have the required permission, you can change the codec and quality level. Higher quality uses more bandwidth for each connected user.
Is anti-DDoS included with TeamSpeak hosting?
Yes. Anti-DDoS is part of the hosting infrastructure and is not listed as a separate add-on for the voice server.
Can I use a custom domain for the TS3 server?
Yes. A subdomain can point to the server address with an A or AAAA record. If the voice server uses a different port, add the matching SRV record.
Which support channels are available?
Support is available through the customer portal ticket system, email, phone during the listed service hours and Telegram. The contact page also links to the current system status.
